Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026. LLM Rank Monitor (“we”) is operated by No Sleep Digital LLC.
What we collect
- Account: email, and (for password sign-in) an authentication credential managed by our auth provider. Optional Google sign-in.
- Workspace content you enter: brand names, URLs, competitors, topics, customer markets, and the prompts you track.
- Measurement data we generate: the answers AI engines return for your prompts, and the metrics derived from them.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store a customer/subscription id and plan status, never card numbers.
How we use it
To run the visibility measurements you request, show you the results, bill your plan, send service and alert emails, and operate and secure the service.
Sub-processors
To provide the service we share the minimum necessary data with:
- AI providers — your prompts are sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity to measure how their included models answer.
- DataForSEO — to capture Google AI Overviews results.
- Supabase — database & authentication hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Trigger.dev — background job processing.
- Stripe — payments.
- Resend — transactional & alert email.
Each provider processes data only to deliver its part of the service, under its own data-processing and security terms. We add a sub-processor only when it’s needed to operate the product, and we’ll update this list before adding a materially new one.
Your rights & data deletion
You can permanently delete your workspace and all associated data at any time from Settings → Billing → Delete account, which erases your brands, reports, stored answers, and keys and cancels any subscription. For any other data request, contact privacy@llmrankmonitor.com.
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and California), you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, email privacy@llmrankmonitor.com — we’ll respond within the time required by applicable law, and won’t discriminate against you for exercising it. EEA/UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
Retention
We retain workspace and measurement data while your account is active and until you delete it. When you delete your workspace it’s removed from our active systems immediately; residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days. We may keep limited records longer where required for legal, tax, or security purposes.
Reference datasets
Country, region, and city reference data is provided by the Countries States Cities Database, licensed under the Open Database License.
