Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026. These terms govern your use of LLM Rank Monitor, operated by No Sleep Digital LLC.

The service

LLM Rank Monitor measures how AI engines answer prompts about brands you configure, and reports the results. Measurements are statistical samples of third-party AI systems we do not control; results reflect those systems’ outputs at the time of measurement and are provided for informational purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of what you enter, and keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to monitor the brands and enter the data you provide.

Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout; some plans include a trial.
• If a payment fails, access continues through the period already paid for and then ends unless payment is restored.
• You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Each paid plan includes a shared active-prompt allowance across unlimited brands. Monitoring runs on the cadence shown for that plan.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use; no attempts to breach security, tenant isolation, or rate limits; no reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the platform; no reselling or sharing access without authorization; no infringing others’ rights or using it to harass or harm; and you must comply with the terms of the underlying AI providers. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content & keys

You retain rights to the data you enter. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (including sending prompts to the AI sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy). Bring-your-own API keys are stored encrypted and used only to run your measurements.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that measurements are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, or that third-party AI outputs are reliable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Sleep Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
