How often do my prompts run?+
Lite is refreshed every 48 hours. Starter, Pro, Consultant, and Agency are checked daily. The account-level schedule applies to all four surfaces together, with no provider-specific cadence.
What happens when I pause or swap a prompt?+
Pausing stops future checks immediately, keeps every historical result, and frees the slot for another prompt. A new prompt starts building history from the day you activate it — we never fabricate data for days it wasn't tracked.
Which AI platforms are covered?+
The same four on every paid plan: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Models and collection settings are managed as one fixed coverage bundle, so plans differ by capacity, cadence, and workflow rather than engine access.
What is Enterprise for?+

Can I run a check on demand?+
Your baseline starts when you set up a brand, and scheduled checks take it from there. The next-check time in your workspace reflects your plan's 24- or 48-hour cadence.

Yes — Lite, Starter, Pro, and Consultant start with a 7-day free trial. Agency starts billing immediately.
How many brands can I monitor?+
Every paid plan supports unlimited brand workspaces. Your active-prompt allowance is one shared organization-wide pool, so prompts can be distributed across brands however you need.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes — annual billing is exactly 5% below twelve monthly payments and is charged once a year. Your prompt capacity is a standing shared allowance, not a monthly credit balance.
Can I white-label for clients?+
Consultant includes scheduled client reports and shareable client views. Agency adds white-label reporting, client portals, scheduled delivery, agency branding, and the largest self-serve prospect snapshot allowance.
What happens if I downgrade?+
Your history is never touched. If you have more active prompts than the smaller plan includes, you choose which ones stay active at renewal — the rest pause (keeping their history) until you free slots or upgrade again.
